Pianist and songwriter
01About

Ian Aprile is a Phoenix, Arizona musician, pianist and keyboardist who is building a career as a songwriter and composer of lyrics and rhythm. A graduate of the Arizona School for the Arts, where he played piano and keyboard with the school band and as a solo performer, he continues his training today with weekly keyboard lessons at School of Rock in Goodyear.

Ian is driven: once he sets a goal, he achieves it. Adaptable, flexible and goal oriented, he keeps a steady daily exercise routine and has broadened his outlook through travel to Peru, Ireland and Spain. His aim is to write and compose songs, lyrics and rhythms, and to perform professionally as a pianist and keyboard player.

On an international stage

In June 2019, at thirteen, Ian toured Germany and Austria with the Phoenix Boys Choir, his first experience on an international stage. The tour plan included singing High Mass at Cologne Cathedral, singing at Berlin’s Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, a joint concert with the Dresden Kreuzchor, and, in Vienna, a concert at St. Peter’s Church and a joint concert with the Mozart Boys Choir. Touring Europe as a performer showed his professionalism and travel discipline, and gave him the experience of singing for international audiences.
